Availability

Sixteen slots. Two directions of traffic.

Each face runs eight advertisers in rotation. Your creative displays every cycle, all operating hours, on a commercial-grade LED display — the same hardware the national operators run. Founding advertisers choose their face and lock their slot before launch.

How It Works

Simple structure. No production costs.

Pick a slot, send a file

No printing, no vinyl, no installation fees. Send your artwork digitally and it's live on the board. Update your creative as your promotions change.

Four-week billing periods

Campaigns run on industry-standard four-week cycles — thirteen periods a year. Billing is clean, predictable, and by card or ACH.

Longer terms, better rates

Rates step down as your commitment steps up, from month-to-month through 36-month agreements. Long-term advertisers get first right to renew their slot.

Rates

Founding advertiser rate card

One slot, one face, per four-week period. Founding rates start at $900 for advertisers who lock a multi-year term before launch — on a corridor where national operators' digital starts at several times that.

Location

24th Street, central Phoenix

2621 N. 24th Street sits on one of central Phoenix's working arterials — commuter traffic moving between downtown, the airport corridor, and the Camelback and Biltmore business districts. Traffic here moves at 25–30 mph: your message gets a multi-second read, not a freeway glance.

Proximity to Sky Harbor and downtown sports venues drives steady seasonal ad demand on this corridor — where the national operators' digital inventory starts at several times our founding rates.

Phoenix tightly restricts new digital billboard permits. That scarcity is the point: when inventory can't multiply around you, a slot on an approved board holds its audience. This is one of the few new digital faces coming to the corridor.

The structure is a new monopole built entirely on our own property with a decorative pole cover and a secured, desert-landscaped base — engineered, surveyed, and permitted through the City of Phoenix.

The Operator

You deal with the owner. Not a call center.

Desert Billboards is owned and operated by Ricardo Padilla, who also owns the property the board stands on. No national sales desk, no account-manager roulette — the person who answers your email is the person who controls the board.

That means creative changes get made fast, billing questions get answered by a decision-maker, and long-term advertisers are treated like what they are: partners in a neighborhood asset.
